Visits

Vercel Web Analytics counts which pages are viewed, the country a visit comes from, the site that referred it, and the kind of device and browser. Vercel Speed Insights records how fast pages load. Neither sets a cookie or stores anything on your device. Vercel uses your IP address to work out the country and to count visits, and does not store it with the counts.

Hosting

Vercel hosts the site, so like any web host it processes your IP address and the details of each request to deliver pages and keep the site running.

Actions

We count when someone opens the sample evidence pack as a PDF, clicks to book a call or to email, and starts or finishes the readiness check. For a click to book or to email we also note which link it was: the one at the top of the home page or the one at the end of a page. Nothing else is recorded with these counts.

The readiness check

Your answers stay in your browser. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they are gone when you reload or close the page.

The theme

If you choose the light or dark theme, your browser remembers the choice. It is not sent anywhere.

Email

If you write to us, the message is held in our mailbox, which Apple hosts through iCloud+, and is used to reply to you. We keep it for as long as the conversation, and any work that follows from it, needs.

Booking a call

The booking link opens Cal.com, which has its own privacy notice. What you enter there reaches Cal.com and us, so that we can hold the call.

We rely on legitimate interests: to learn which pages are useful, to keep the site working, and to answer the people who contact us. We do not use the data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not follow you to other sites.

Vercel, for hosting, analytics and page speed. Apple, for email. Cal.com, for booking, if you use it. Each may process data outside the UK and the EU, under its own data protection terms.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy you can take elsewhere. Write to dm@governeddeployment.ai. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK or to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados in Portugal.
